INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND RECOGNITION
I
have been working as a chef for the past 24 years. I have worked
with world renowned chefs such as Francis Mallman (in 1996), Alicia
Berger (March-October 1997) and Gato Dumas (April-August 1999).
I have owned a number of restaurants in Argentina and was also a
consultant chef for a number of restaurants in Argentina as well
as one in Uruguay.
I
also have teaching experience. I have taught in ‘IBAHRS’,
one of the leading teaching culinary institutions in the world and
done teaching for the Ministry of Employment and Education in Argentina.
I have been involved in a number of television shows in Argentina
(and one in Australia) and have done various appearances at shopping
malls. In 1999 I was the celebrity chef and national face for ‘D’Ecco
